Standard email signature block
To contribute towards developing a consistent image across the University and to ensure compliance with the national ESOS code, we have developed a standard email signature format for all staff.
I know it seems like an imposition, but at present email signature blocks are adopted in an inconsistent manner across the University, with some staff providing no contact details at all. This will ensure a professional and standard presentation of contact information for all our staff when communicating with our important stakeholders.
I would appreciate you amending your current email signature block, or, if you are not currently using one, your adopting the following format. Many thanks for your cooperation.
