Updated OSP Form
The Outside Studies Program (OSP) application form has been updated. The new form can be found at http://www.pers.mq.edu.au/forms/19/1904a.doc or alternatively on the HR forms site under Staff Development, Application for Outside Studies Program. Please use the updated form for applications for OSP from 2009 onwards. The OSP policy has not changed and can be found on the HR policy site.
Questions about taking OSP leave should be directed to Philip Dartnell of Ext 9770 in Human Resources. Questions about the research aspects of the form should be directed to Peter Freeman on Ext 8611 in the the Research Office.
