Concessional Day - December 24

Following the Vice Chancellor's approval of December 24 as an additional concessional day - staff should note that leave applied for and debited in respect of that day will be recredited. Where a leave form for the day has been received and not been actioned, it will not be processed and will be destroyed.
Staff on OSP, parental leave and long service leave will not be recredited in accordance with usual practice.
Staff who are unable to take advantage of the additional day on 24th December may take the day at some other time as per the Vice Chancellor's advice. A record of this leave should be maintained locally as per normal practice in respect of concessional days.
