E Waste Disposal Day
There will be an E Waste Disposal Day, for Macquarie University owned equipment only, on Thursday 25 September 2008 from 9.30am-3.30pm in Building E6A, level 0.

All divisions and offices are responsible for:
# asset deletion documentation, as per the University Asset policy.
# data sanitization or hard disk destruction. A loan copy of DISK-KILL sanitization software is available from IT Services - log a call with ITS service desk, x4357 option 2.
# transport to holding area on 25 September between 9.30am-3.30pm. If for any reason you have items that are too large to transport, eg photocopier, large printers etc, please log a call on the ITS service desk, x4357 option 2.
