Reversal of 2 January Leave Bookings
To reverse your 2nd January leave booking, please follow the instructions below depending on which scenario yourbooking falls under, either as a single day or part of a larger booking.
SCENARIO 1: You have booked 2 January as a single leave day:
After logging on to HR Online:
1. Click on the 'Leave' menu followed by 'Leave Request'.
2. Find the 2 January leave booking under 'Future Leave Bookings'.
3. Click on the word 'Reverse' and follow the prompts to reverse the leave.
4. You will be emailed once your manager has processed the reversal.
SCENARIO 2: You have booked 2 January as part of a larger leave booking (e.g. you may have booked 22 December 2008 - 11 January 2009):
After logging on to HR Online:
1. Click on the 'Leave' menu followed by 'Leave Request'.
2. Find the leave booking containing the 2 January under 'Future Leave Bookings'.
3. Click on the word 'Reverse' and follow the prompts to reverse the entire leave booking. (e.g. Reverse 22 December - 11 January 2009).
4. Wait until you are emailed that your manager has processed the reversal. You need to wait to prevent overpayment from occurring.
5. Then re-book the whole leave period. The computer will now automatically not debit your balance for the 2 January.
6. You will be emailed again once your manager has approved the re-booking.
